Natural wood recalls the warm atmosphere of traditional mountain homes, while our location — directly on Corso Italia — makes every stay comfortable and convenient in all seasons.

Our rooms come in four types: Single, Double, Triple and Family, and in three categories: Economy, Classic or Superior.
All rooms feature a private bathroom, towels, basic complimentary toiletries, and the essential amenities for a pleasant stay.

Some rooms also include a private balcony with privileged views of Monte Faloria or the Tofane. Others overlook the town centre, offering a glimpse into the authentic everyday life of Cortina d’Ampezzo.

Classic Single Room

The Classic Single Rooms are essential and comfortable spaces, designed for solo travellers who appreciate a simple, functional environment in true Ampezzan style. They feature a single bed, a private bathroom, a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, heating, a wardrobe, wooden flooring and basic bathroom amenities, as well as a hairdryer and a telephone. These rooms do not have a balcony, but they may offer a view of the town or of the Dolomites, depending on their position.

Superior Single Rooms offer a comfortable and functional space, ideal for solo travellers looking for something more than the Classic category. They feature a cosy French bed, a private bathroom, flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, heating, wardrobe, wooden flooring, essential toiletries, plus a hairdryer and telephone.
A complimentary electric kettle is available on request, for guests who wish to prepare tea or herbal infusions in their room.

The atmosphere is simple and essential, in true Ampezzo style, yet more spacious and practical than a traditional single room.

Some rooms include a small terrace; this feature cannot be guaranteed and should be requested at the time of booking so we can confirm availability.
Rooms may offer either a city view or a Dolomite view, depending on their location.

The surface area is approximately 9–10 m², ideal for a comfortable and peaceful stay just steps from Corso Italia.

The Superior Double/Triple Rooms offer more spacious and versatile interiors, suitable for couples as well as for guests traveling in three. The double bed can be arranged as twin beds upon request, while the third bed is provided by a comfortable sofa bed, ideal for an adult or a teenager.
